Here we explain how and when we will deliver your order, how much postage and packing will cost and how we handle exchange or return of products.

How promptly will my order be despatched?
All UK orders for dry eye glasses are despatched within 2 working days by First Class Recorded Post. International orders are sent by International signed for (or Airsure where available), for which there is a £6.00 delivery supplement, payable prior to despatch (see below).
We do not despatch on weekends or Bank Holidays, nor does Royal Mail deliver goods on Bank Holidays.
How much does post and packaging cost?
Between £3.85 and £4.25 depending on the order value will be added to cover first class recorded post and packaging for orders of one pair of glasses. This applies to UK delivery locations only.
Postage for larger quantities of glasses will vary accordingly. This will be itemised as “Postage” on your PayPal receipt.
International delivery supplement
If you live outside the UK, a £6.00 delivery supplement is payable. Please click the button below for more information and a secure link to pay the supplement.
Do you deliver to all countries worldwide?
We currently deliver regularly to customers in 27 different countries worldwide including India, Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Please note that we do not currently deliver to the US or Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you live in mainland UK you will normally receive your order in the post within 2 - 3 working days, though this is dependent on the efficiency of Royal Mail which can be subject to delays, particularly in severe weather.
Royal Mail estimate that delivery of Small Packets to Western Europe takes 3 days after despatch, to Eastern Europe takes 4 days and to countries outside Europe takes 5 days.
Are any local taxes payable on my order?
If you are within the UK or in a country in the EU, you will not have to pay tax on your order.
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, you may have to pay local taxes on the package when it arrives in your country.
What is your Returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your moisture chamber glasses, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or exchange if you prefer. We deduct the “Postage” cost stated on your PayPal receipt to cover the costs we have incurred in sending your order.

Please include a copy of your original invoice.
We can only process your refund when the goods have been physically returned to us. We will process your refund within 7 days of us receiving your returned goods and will email you to inform you. Refunds can only be credited to the card that was used for the original purchase.
To comply with a refund, any returned glasses and accessories must be in their original condition with any labels still attached. Eyewear Accessories cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged whilst in transit, so you may prefer to send them by Royal Mail Signed For delivery, which provides you with compensation in case of loss or damage.
If you are returning the glasses because they were faulty on arrival, please inform us by email within 7 days of receipt. When returning the faulty goods, please include a copy of the original invoice and a clear description of the fault.
Please note that Eyewear Accessories will not accept responsibility for any damage to glasses or accessories if this occurs as a result of improper use or care.
